Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges.

The ONLY exception is if there is an error on our end, we will provide a refund.**
**These instances include and are limited to: 
  • We sent the item to the wrong address due to our error. If the item is shipped to an address you provided, there will not be a refund.
  • We sent the wrong item (that you did not order) to you due to our error. If the item we sent was an error because you meant to get something else, there will not be a refund.

Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot change this after the order has been placed.

Peace-of-Mind Guarantee (Shipping)

We have added to our store a Peace of Mind Guarantee. This is a small fee added to each order, brought to you by Route. Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. YOU must add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection.

You can track your packages using the text/email shared with you when the product is shipped out.

Processing Orders

dakari Moon is a small business that produces the products we sell per order.

Please allow at least 7-14 business days processing time before they are printed, packaged and shipped. Due to high volume orders, these do take time. 


If you open a fraud claim or commit any type of fraud with our company you will not be able to purchase again from us, ever. 


All payments are in USD. All products will begin to process after payment has been rendered. 


Coupon codes that are not applied during checkout will not be applied afterwards. 


All works on dakari Moon have a copyright owned by jaha Knight & Karasi Media Group. Do not reproduce our work in any way, shape or form. 

The art of jaha Knight must not be recreated, copied, or altered in any form, for business, commercial use or resale. Artwork reposted or shared must credit the original artist.
