SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with dakari Moon. Please review this policy before placing your order so you know what to expect after your purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING CARRIERS AND DELIVERY
dakari Moon ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order is determined at the time of fulfillment based on package size, weight, destination, and availability.
Estimated delivery windows after shipment:
- Standard shipping — 3–7 business days
- Priority / expedited shipping — 2–3 business days (when available at checkout)
Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and destination.
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders of $70 or more before taxes and after any discounts are applied. Any active promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
Optional package protection is available at checkout. We strongly recommend adding protection to your order, especially for high-value purchases.
If you choose not to purchase package protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, dakari Moon's ability to provide a replacement or refund may be limited. Please review our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for full details.
SUBSCRIPTION BOXES
Subscription box shipments are processed and shipped following each billing cycle. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address on file once your box has shipped.
Subscription box shipping rates will be displayed at the time of subscription enrollment and are subject to change with notice.
PREORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Preorders and made-to-order items, including handmade products, ship separately from in-stock items and on their own timeline. Estimated ship dates are listed in the product description at the time of purchase.
If you order in-stock items alongside a preorder or made-to-order item, your order may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, downloads, and printable files are delivered electronically and do not ship. Access or download instructions will be sent to your email address following purchase.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. dakari Moon is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, dakari Moon ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship to US territories or international destinations.
